And we need to hold space and patience for unlearning and learning. If we could all choose to lead with love, even when something doesn’t fit our worldview, we’d create the environment needed for progress to actually happen. We need to have the uncomfortable conversations. We need to do the hard work. We need to step outside our conditioned POV.
