It’s a very pretty journal, but my customer service experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Until things improve I don’t see myself buying from @louisecarmennotebooks any time soon. It also doesn’t help that @UPS held my package for this long with all the tarrif turmoil. Nonetheless, I’ve had other packages come from other parts of the world, but was handled with care & clear communication.
