UC Berkeley Chancellor Rich Lyons canceled all semesterly and yearly meetings with student and community groups, sparking a mix of hesitation, frustration and approval. ⁠ ⁠ Instead, members of the chancellor’s cabinet, rather than Lyons himself, will meet with groups.
