Dear Alfred State Football, If you had asked me four years ago what I wanted to do with my life after college, I would have told you I had no idea. But the moment I picked the camera back up and took photos of Alfred State Football on September 24, 2022, for Bandwagon, I didn’t know it then, but that day gave me a glimpse of the future. 2023 was the year everything started to fall into place. I decided to switch my major to Sport Management and completed my first full season working in the Athletic Department. I was able to capture a historic year, the exciting announcement that we would be transitioning into the Empire 8 in 2025, winning the ECFC Conference, and earning our first-ever NCAA DIII tournament appearance. I traveled to Ohio with the team to take on Mount Union. 2024 brought another ECFC championship and NCAA DIII tournament appearance.
