Please join us in congratulating Ava Ketelsen (Class of 2026 - OH - River Ridge High School) on her recent commitment to Upper Iowa University (NCAA DII). Ava was a new addition to our club last year, and we’ve loved watching her grow into a dominant pin. The power and strength she developed over just one season with us has been incredible to watch. That progress is a direct result of her tenacity and her determination to get better every time she steps into the gym. She has also worked extremely hard in the weight room at OAK and is one of the only athletes who RUNS from station to station — something our OAK staff never fails to point out and praise. Her work ethic is simply different. We are so proud of her growth and dedication this year, and we can’t wait to see how she continues to develop as she moves into her collegiate career.
