Pete Dawkins was a force both on and off the field. In 1958, the Army halfback had a historic senior season β€” winning the Heisman and Maxwell Trophies, earning Unanimous All-America honors, scoring 12 touchdowns, rushing for 428 yards, and returning 10 punts for 162 yards. Dawkins also served as Brigade Commander, class president, team captain, and β€œStar Man”, finishing in the top five percent of his class academically β€” the only Cadet in West Point history to accomplish this feat. πŸ† 1958 Heisman Trophy Winner πŸŽ“ Rhodes Scholar πŸŽ–οΈ Decorated military leader #HeismanSpotlight #CFBHall #ArmyFootball
