Bit of a health update for anyone who is following along with ups and downs of that part of my journey! Been making a ton of progress with the help of dr.noahmoos and cohnhealthinstitute over the past 1.5 years. And I’m training right now (just started back into workouts again), but I know what it takes to compete at the level I want to and everything has to be working right.
