Miss Mexico Fátima Bosch Fernández was crowned Miss Universe on Friday weeks after she led a walkout following a confrontation with a pageant official in Thailand. On. Nov. 4, Bosch was scolded and called "dumb" by Thai national director Nawat Itsaragrisil for allegedly not following his guidelines for taking part in local promotional activities. He called security when she spoke up to defend herself.
