Meet ambassador Lauren Grindall! 💙 Lauren is a full-time lawyer and mom who finds strength and balance through running. After being diagnosed with genetic atrial fibrillation and told she might never run another marathon, she underwent two heart surgeries, rebuilt her fitness, and came back stronger than ever. Less than two years later, she set a personal record at the 2022 CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Half Marathon! This year, she’s excited to enjoy her first Monumental 5K!
