We’re thrilled to share that Habitat has officially closed on Phase One of the Marine Drive Apartments redevelopment in Buffalo, NY — paving the way for 254 new affordable homes along the city’s waterfront. This milestone launches a multi-phase plan that will ultimately replace 616 aging apartments with 700+ modern, mixed-income homes, all delivered through a build-first approach to ensure no current residents are displaced.
