FYI, Cougs! The wastatepatrol will be conducting emphasis patrols starting November 20 & running through November 30 in Spokane, Whitman, Adams, Grant and Kittitas counties, so that means SR 26, U.S. 195 & Interstate 90 over Snoqualmie Pass.
