I was so diligent about doing these banded step touches 3x/week during my Chicago Marathon training πββοΈπ¨β¦ but since October? Fell right off the wagon π . Now my knee is barking π¦΅π₯, my groinβs cranky, and my weak glutes are sending my hamstring into full-on spice mode ππ. So Iβm back at it! 100 reps, 3 sets, 3x per week.
