ZOZOBRA! One of my favorite festivals back home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I didn’t realize that this was considered weird until I moved out of state and told people about it! 😂 it’s a pretty cool event. When I was a kid, we used to look outside the windows at school just to see the truck that carries him take him up to the hill in the park. Though he’s a scary monster, we’ve always been told that on this day we can give him all of our glooms, worries, and anxieties, and they will burn away with him. So every year, even though I’m not at home I give him my worries as I watch him through the television.
