We filmed the sequence across multiple locations in Alberta and Whistler, and so much of what you see is actually in camera. kaitlyndever did all her own snowy stunts, and she was expertly doubled by beckyferguson8. One of the key challenges of this sequence comes when the fence collapses on Abby, and she has to crawl through the snow while the infected bear down on her. It was a memorably claustrophobic part of the game, and we wanted to capture that same feeling with the camera leading and following Kaitlyn. I elected to use the Ronin 4D for its small size, and we put it on the end of a Filmotechnic F27 arm, courtesy of reveredcinema, which we took off its base and laid in the snow. Stunts, SF...
