For Throwback Thursday this week, we take a look back at real-world testing we conducted during the development of our intercooler for the 13th generation Ford F-150 🛻👨‍💻 With a line of products currently in development for the 14th generation F-150, how would you like to see us test our upcoming parts in the real world? 🤔 For this test, we hooked a trailer up to our F-150 and made our way to the local drag strip 🚦🛻💨 We compared quarter mile performance and charge air temperature using the stock intercooler as well as our upgraded intercooler ⏱️🌡️ One run with the stock intercooler followed by a run with the AMS intercooler, and the results speak for themselves. The AMS intercooler produced both a quicker and faster quarter mile performance as well as drastically lower charge air temperature 🥶 The AMS difference is clear, and this is just one small example.
