MY MOM MAKES THE BEST SINIGANG AND NILAGA (FILIPINO FOOD) It’s getting pretty cold out here in The Bay so it’s the perfect time to have Sinigang and Nilaga made by my Mom! Both dishes are like a soup/stew. Both made with beef and veggies but one is sour and the other is more subtle.
