It’s championship week, and the road to the NWSL final has been wild! The Washington Spirit locked in the No. 2 seed, won a double-overtime thriller against Racing Louisville, then shut out Portland 2–0 to punch their ticket to the final for the second year in a row. Gotham FC came in as the No. 8 seed with zero home games and upset everyone in their path, the Current in overtime and the defending champs, Orlando, in stoppage time.
