Green peas, bell pepper, black olives and fresh prawns suspended in a green “jelly” and filled with a creamy avocado mousse. Can you imagine anything more decadent than that?! I am SO proud to present a new shape of gelatin lamps! It’s taken me MONTHS to get this simple but classic shape of ring mold just right and I’m so chuffed with myself. Sometimes it the simplest form that looks the most iconic and to me, this shape is the purest form of MCM gelatin mold shapes.
