🙏🏽 The “Life of a Yogi” teacher training has taught me about joy and contentment. 🧘🏽‍♂️ Each of us navigates different paths on our journey toward self-realization. Through this training, I've learned the joy of contentment by being accepting and happy with where I am, while also being supportive of others on their journeys.
