🐒❤️🔥 Here’s a tutorial for practicing your splits! I love working on the splits; I never could do them before I started practicing yoga. Hanumanasana, also known as the Monkey Pose, is a playful and fun yoga posture. Try it the way I demonstrate.
🧘🏽♂️🧘🏻♀️ First, keep your knee bent. Once you achieve a full split, start working on the three aspects of the posture: back, head-to-knee, and head-to-feet. Give it a try, and let me know how it goes!
