As part of our second fellowship module, we had the chance to visit the incredible Salaam Community Wellness Center. Founded in response to the deep health disparities impacting Black and Brown neighborhoods in Chicago, Salaam is reimagining what accessible, holistic care can look like. Their work goes beyond treatment — it’s about transforming systems and creating a replicable model of wellness across the country.
