The Fresno Fire Department is asking for the public's help in identifying two individuals involved in an arson incident. The fire occurred around 1:45 a.m. on October 28th on the 4900 block of East Balch Avenue. Surveillance footage captured two adult black females in a dark-colored, blue or green, 1999-2005 Volkswagen Jetta setting fire to another vehicle. The suspects have been dubbed the "pajama pyros" by the department. The Fire Investigations Unit is urging anyone with information to come forward.
