Meet Chef Chris from our Norwalk Kitchen — a chef whose career took off fast! 🌟 At just 18 years old, he stepped into his first Executive Chef role, at a multi-million-dollar retirement community kitchen. It became one of the most important learning experiences of his career — what to do, what not to do, and how to lead a team with confidence. Chef Chris went on to graduate from two culinary schools, win chili cook-offs and the CT Cheesecake Competition, and own or partner in 12 restaurants, including an eight-unit group. That’s decades of experience behind every dish he creates. This year is his first Thanksgiving at Stew’s, and he’s “super excited” to help customers bring home the holiday without the stress.
