Cut the dough into the shape of a pear. Peel and slice a few pears thinly and then shingle on top leaving a bit of a border. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup sugar and then dot it with 3 tbls of butter that’s been cut up. Bake in a 400F oven for about 40 minutes or until golden and the pears are soft. Meanwhile melt 1/3 cup peach or apricot name with 1 tbls water until melted…. ( yea yea yea… I know I used a jar of peach jam and said apricot in the voiceover… no need to message me telling me that🤦🏻♀️🙄)…… Brush all over the tart when it comes out of the oven. Let sit 10 minutes and slice into it.
