🌟 Staff Highlight – Matt Koch 🌟 Director of Premier Pitching Performance | Iowa Sticks Meet Matt Koch, who brings elite experience and leadership to our pitching program. A standout multi-sport athlete from Cherokee Washington High School, Matt went on to pitch at the University of Louisville before being selected in the 3rd Round of the 2012 MLB Draft by the New York Mets. He spent 13 years in professional baseball, including seven MLB seasons with the Arizona Diamondbacks, Seattle Mariners, and Colorado Rockies, along with time overseas with the Tokyo Swallows and Cleveland Guardians.
