In Pokémon Legends Z-A, the arrows next to a Pokémon will signify how easy or hard that Pokémon is to catch. You may see these arrows go up or down depending on Poké Ball choice. These arrows should almost always go up for an undetected backstrike on the Pokémon from behind.
