Started in 1988, as a way to celebrate the international cheese scene, the World Cheese Awards is one of the biggest events of the year for dairy producers, gathering record amounts of cheese in one giant aroma-filled venue. This year's edition featured 5,244 cheeses from 46 countries but only could be crowned the grand winner.
