As #Philadelphia prepares to welcome millions of visitors in 2026, community groups are planning a new park near one of the city's most iconic streets. Dolly Ottey Park is a public space planned for the corner of Elfreth's Alley and North 2nd Street in Old City. The park will be named for Dolly Ottey, an #ElfrethsAlley resident and restaurant owner who led preservation efforts on the street in the 1930s, organizers say.
