We trotted all around downtown Boulder this am! Our goal was to work in the 5:45-6min pace zone the whole time. My chip time was 17:59 which is 5:47/mile 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I will say- constructive criticism for the race directors… don’t make the last mile at 5,500ft of elevation UPHILL! ☠️ cpcop__ and ellieleather_ dropped me on that last hill, but this is the longest rep I’ve done at altitude so far this trip so I feel good about that! 💪🏼 Next up: family time!!!
