The Howard University Class of 2005 put their money where their mouth is when it comes to supporting their HBCU!
The Howard University Class of 2005 has announced that it has raised $211,363 for its class endowment for its 20th reunion during the 101st Howard University Homecoming. Affectionally known as
#ForeverHU05, the class exceeded its original goal of $150,000 in scholarship support for current Howard University students before Homecoming officially began on October 23.
Donations will continue to be accepted through the end of the year, and all contributions will count toward the class’s 20th anniversary reunion fund.
“Our class set out to prove that we are indeed a Legacy in Motion as we worked diligently to dispel the myth that Historically Black College and University alumni do not give back to their alma maters,” said Dr. Steve D.
