Recipe:
-Place these ingredients in a dutch oven or foil tray:
1 stick salted butter
1 lb cubed Colby Jack
1 lb cubed Monterey jack
1 block cream cheese
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 cans evaporated milk
1 pack ranch seasoning
-Bake it at 3750F for 30 minutes to melt everything.
-Blend with an immersion blender.
-Pour over cooked noodles, mix, top with more shredded cheese and bake for 25 more minutes to melt the top cheese.
