love that it’s made in front of you, that the bottom of the rice does get crispy and that the pickled beans is a nice crunchy and acidic addition to the bowl :)
but I gotta say the ingredients are on the thinner side and it’s more rice than meat.
worthy trying once or twice but maybe not a consistent go-to. I’m also maybe more used to the chunky spareribs and chicken feet for canto dim sum style :)
