RESTRICTIVE EATING DURING THE HOLIDAYS
let’s not do that ever again. 🩃 ❀ When I was struggling deeply with my eating disorder I would skip holiday meals with my family and it would be all I could think about. Instead of enjoying the special moments with the people who love me, I was only focused on food. I will never be doing that again. 1. One meal is not going to ruin any of your progress 2. Your lift will be AMAZING tomorrow with all the extra fuel you have 3. You can’t replace moments with your family, so enjoy them 4. You have your whole life to chase your dream physique, one day will not change that Eat yummy food today, listen to your body and stop when you’re full.
