WHY IS GRATITUDE IMPORTANT?
The first step of the Hot Girl Walk® is gratitude practice. Gratitude shouldn’t be practiced just once a year, but something you remember every day. In my book, I share the benefits of gratitude practice and how it can be highly correlated to happiness. It’s like our biology’s “life hack” with immediate releases of happiness hormones. Gratitude encourages prosocial behaviors like empathy.
I encourage you all to take this week to recognize everything you have to be grateful for… I envision it like a tree and as you start to count everything you can be grateful for, the branches extend infinitely 🍂
