Bishop Neumann won its first state title since 2003, beating Grand Island Central Catholic 37-15 on Tuesday. Bishop Neumann senior Jack Van Slyke rushed for 115 yards and four touchdowns in the NSAA Class C2 State Championship game played in 45 MPH winds.
