Have a nice, relaxed Thanksgiving morning ❌🙅‍♀️ Wake up 3hr before the turkey trot, take bicarb, go after a 5k PR, and push my heart rate into Z5 ✅🤗 Such a fun morning at the Boulder Turkey trot yesterday 👏 I’m thankful for an amazing community to run with, friends to share it with, and a new altitude PR 🥳🤌 P.S.
