Aruba, Jamaica, ooh I wanna take you to Bermuda, Bahama NASA astronaut jonnykimusa snapped these images of the Bahamas, Jamaica, Florida, and Cuba aboard the International Space Station. He took these pictures just minutes apart while flying 223 miles above the planet in the orbiting lab. Originally reporting for duty in 2017, Kim launched to the ISS for the first time in April 2025 and is scheduled to return to Earth in December. While aboard the orbiting lab, he—like other astronauts before him—has been capturing pictures and videos of what he has seen above the planet. Space photography has proven an invaluable way for astronauts to share their unique perspectives and experiences with us on Earth.
