🎺 New Orleans Jazz Museum & Jazz International in Taiwan! 🇺🇸🎶🇹🇼 The New Orleans Jazz Museum, through our Jazz International initiative, proudly sent a world-class ensemble to Taiwan for a remarkable cultural exchange celebrating jazz, collaboration, and global friendship. Representing the spirit of New Orleans, James Andrews (trumpet), Douglas Stone (saxophone), Vernon Severin(drums), and Sam Kuslan (piano) shared their talents and the rich legacy of jazz across Taiwan. Their journey included a masterclass at the National Taichung University of Education, a workshop with the Taichung Jazz Festival Celebration Big Band, and two unforgettable performances at the Taichung Jazz Festivalalongside the Taiwan All-Star and Celebration Big Band — reaching an audience of more than 50,000 people!
