Heavy unilateral training just makes sense. Athletes can struggle but not be concerned with back strain. For years we didn’t go below five reps but now heavy triples have become a staple for older / better athletes. This is 90x3. Some strain, a few wobbles. Exactly what should happen on a limit set. Not every day but every now and then. If it’s always perfect the load might be too light?
