They’re easy to peel off and stick on anything! The moss is simply crumbled up green cake crumbs. Just add the green coloring before baking your cake and then crumble it once it’s cooled. You can also do coconut and matcha mixed together for a more adventurous flavor combo!! Royal icing 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted) 5 tsp meringue powder 5 (+/-)Tablespoons water Gel food coloring Add the powdered sugar, meringue powder, and water to a mixing bowl. Mix using your whisk attachment until completely smooth (1-2 minutes). If the mixture is too runny add more sugar.
