There is one unassailable fact about Chase Hansen’s 2020 season with the New Orleans Saints: His commute could not be beat.⁠ ⁠ The rest might be open to interpretation, depending on what is important to a person. Hansen, for instance, loved his setup. He was single and essentially living at the Saints’ Airline Drive facility anyway, plus the price was right.⁠ ⁠ His employer, though, wasn’t a big fan.⁠ ⁠ “I thought people knew, I thought management knew, I thought coaches knew,” Hansen said with a laugh. “Apparently no one really knew until later in the season and everyone found out somehow.
