Full recipe below🍲❤️‍🔥 • What I used: - 1 red onion, diced - 3 large garlic cloves, minced - 1 lb spicy Italian sausage - 1 tablespoon butter + left over sausage oil - 1/4 cup flour - 4 cups chicken broth - 1 cup water - 2 tsp chicken bouillon - 1 can crushed or diced tomatoes - 1 + 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream - 1 pack family size tortellini (5 cheese) - 3-5 handfuls of spinach - Eye ball shredded Parmesan to mix and top • What I did: - Over medium heat, in large pot, season and cook spicy Italian sausage - Once done, scoop into bowl and set aside. Keep some of the oil in pot and lower heat. - Add 1 table spoon of butter - Add diced onion and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant. - Add 1/4 cup of flour and whisk until mixed. - Slowly add 4 cups of chicken broth and 1 cup of water while continuously whisking. - Add 2 tsp of chicken bouillon.
