Desert camping season is HERE! 🌵✨ After a full holiday weekend with fam, I suggested a quick desert escape. Evan thought I was crazy for wanting to squeeze in ONE more thing. But this is Southern California, and a desert escape is always 2-3 hours away. So we went for it, and if you saw our stories— Nothing went smoothly. Upon arriving to her storage spot, Big Red’s batteries were dead. We spent an hour+ troubleshooting and eventually I uploaded a photo of our Victron screen to ChatGPT 🦸🏻‍♀️—which (miraculously) diagnosed the issue and sent us to the right auto parts store. A $50 trickle charger later, we were back in business… at midnight. We slept in the parking lot and after some debating, decided to still go for it. It wasn’t the trip we planned, but when we finally arrived and watched the sky go quiet, we felt our shoulders drop. We both looked at each other and said… totally worth it.
