One ingredient spicy cheddar wrap, aka my version of a "moist maker" sandwich! We've all seen some version of these cheesy low carb wraps floating around, but this one is perfect for all your Thanksgiving leftovers. Add whatever you have left, fold it up and call it a day. 4 FOLLOW @kalejunkie for more easy, fun recipes! Recipe serves 4 11/2 cups shredded spicy cheddar cheese (or regular cheddar or mozzarella cheese Black pepper to taste Preheat oven to 375F. Line a quarter baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread cheese into a neat rectangle shape, pressing it down and making sure the cheese is packed together. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Check at the 20 minute mark and if the edges are browned you can pull it out of the oven. Use a paper towel to soak up any oil and let the wrap sit to cool and harden before lifting it out of the tray. Remove from the tray and fill with your Thanksgiving leftovers.
