Rodeos look a little different at Hillman. Throughout October, 16 of Hillman’s warehouse locations across the U.S. and Canada participated in the first annual Global MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Rodeo. Employees put their forklift skills to the test by completing a timed course designed to measure precision, safety, and efficiency. The top three performing locations by category were Winnipeg for Counter Balance, Rome for Reach Truck, and Winnipeg again for Order Picker. Congrats to the winners! It was an exciting competition that rewarded careful operation of our distribution center's material handling equipment. Can't wait for next year!
