The last few weeks have been so hectic. After accepting the position of Head of the Decoration committee for my towns Christmas festival in Brownsville PA. I have been on non-stop go mode. This part of town has been dark and abandoned for many years and ever since I moved here, I’ve had many visions of how it can be bettered. It has all the charm of Disneyland under the dust. I’m so grateful that the Hershey’s film let us keep the beautiful storefront façades they built after filming. They are a great reminder that there’s still hope for a great historical town that was on the decline. But no more! After posting my last video, I discovered a huge community of people who are working very hard for the betterment of this town. I had a huge outpour of people wanting to help and donate and also Historical Society‘s wanting to connect. I moved here at the right time when things are on the verge of being beautiful again.
