Located at Scottsdale Rd. and Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, it was inspired by Wright’s 1957 design for a proposed State Capitol building. Though the original plan was never built, its vision was revived in 2004 by The Promenade and architect Arnold Roy, Wright’s former apprentice, bringing this striking monument to life.
