This morning Matt Moran, Computer Science Teacher, and Kitt Starkie '27 were featured on ABC7NY to talk about Dwight's first-ever Promt-a-Thon and discuss Kitt's standout project, the Snapp App — an app created to help SNAP recipients maximize benefits with budget-friendly, personalized meal plans. #ICYMI Prompt-a-Thon was a full-day design thinking challenge where our students built gen AI solutions for real community problems. In partnership with AIforEducation and Playlab AI, our students worked with ChatGPT and Gemini to tackle a variety of issues.
