For today’s Tiger Tuesday, we’re recognizing our incredible second grade Tigers! At our last all-school Kabbalat Shabbat before Thanksgiving break, second grade stood up in front of the entire school and presented on Integrity, one of our Divrei Chaim — the core “words to live by” that guide our community. They spoke clearly and confidently about choosing honesty and doing the right thing, even when it’s hard. We were also honored to have Kabbalat Shabbat led by DJDS moms and Temple Emanuel’s Senior Rabbis Liz Sacks and Emily Hyatt, who brought their usual warmth and authenticity to the afternoon.
