I been in the hunt for something similar in The Bay but I can’t find one spot! So I decided to go to Nick The Greek and get a beef/lamb gyro bowl with extra garlic toum. A customer heard me asking about the lavash bread and he suggested I grab it at Trader Joe’s. I put everything together and fried it in beef tallow! Smacky!
